Join us for a comprehensive and unhurried visit focused on understanding your symptoms, reviewing relevent labs, and determining whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you. This consult emphasizes education, shared decision-making -- not everyone needs hormones and treatment is never rushed!

What's included in your hormone consultation?

• A Comprehensive Hormone/Thyroid Lab Panel

• A focused, unhurried Visit to review your symptoms and health history

• Review and interpretation of relevant hormone-related labs

• Education about how hormones work and what may be contributing to your symptoms

• Discussion of treatment options, including whether hormone therapy is appropriate

• Shared decision-making -- treatment is never rushed or assumed

• A clear plan for next steps, if indicated

• Your first set of hormone pellets

This is the first step on your journey! Once you book your hormone consultation, we will send you an extended set of intake and symptom reporting forms. After review of those forms, we will schedule your Hormone/Thyroid labs, which may be drawn in our office, or at the Labcorp draw station. Once these are resulted, we will sit down with all of this wonderful data and determine some possible plans for you. We will schedule your consultation which includes a 45 minute appointment with the Nurse Practitioner, Lori Steinmann. After completing this session, if you choose to move forward with pellet therapy, we will schedule you for your first insert!

• Extra labs beyond hormone and thyroid labs

• Imaging or diagnostic testing outside of lab review

• Ongoing management (don't worry - we have just the thing right here for that!)

• Additional prescription costs (you may use your insurance or cash for those)

• Management of complex or unrelated medical conditions

• Emergency or Urgent care

• Full Primary Care
