Injectable Membership

There are a lot of reasons why injectable testosterone might be right for you. And we are happy to show you how to give your own injections. For those that simply do not want to give themselves shots, we have decided to create a cost effective membership to cover the injections, and the additional aid and monitoring that comes with that!

What's Included in your Injectable Membership?

There should be no questions about what services you have easy and free access to, and which ones you should expect to come with some additional costs.​​ The good news is, we have included a lot of things in this membership!

• Hormone Management by Nurse Practitioner

• Visits (4 maximum in a 12 month period, not including pellet inserts)

• Weekly Testosterone Injections and all supplies required to perform the injection

• Secure Messaging Access to RN

• Dose Adjustments as needed

• Refill Coordination and Insurance Prior Authorization for Medications

• Follow-up support

• Education and Resources

• 20% Discount on Biote Supplements

• 20% Discount on Labs

Everything you will need is included, with the exceptions listed below. We were able to get very creative and provide a full comprehensive panel of included services and products. This allows you to have a fully predictable cost each month, so that you can spread out the costs of your hormone replacement therapy.

What's not included?

​

• The cost of any prescriptions from the pharmacy (including the testosterone)

• Labs (Typically, Labs will be needed twice a year)

• Additional supplements that you may choose as recommended in your plan

• Additional labs as medically indicated

• Imaging* or Referrals* if needed for safety

 

*You may use your insurance or an HSA/FSA card.

What if I don't want to use injections?

​

The fact is, not everyone will want to use injections. While the membership model is the only option we currently have for utilizing injections, we do also offer a Pellet Membership and A la Carte Services for those that need another option. These will also be offered during your Hormone Consultation if you do not want to proceed with Injection therapy.
