Treatment Pathways

There are two different pathways at Moonstone Hormones when it comes to your hormone care. We have a membership option and an A la Carte Option, and they both have their benefits! We have broken down the two different pathways to the left.

The membership option provides the benefit of predictability. All of the care you will need is included in the $249/month fee. Your pellets, highly discounted labs, additional visits for troubleshooting, and discounts on supplements and products round out this option. In addition, this group benefits from a concierge coverage of services by keeping you connected to an RN through our patient portal, through which basic medical advice and care can be administered.

The A la Carte option allows for flexibility and control. Instead of having a monthly payment, you can choose to pay for services as you go. The individual services may be regular price, but you have control over what you pay, and when you pay for it.

During your Hormone Consult, your choices for care will be discussed and we will provide you with the same compassionate service, regardless of which path you choose.
